AI is now leading the charge in K-fashion's push into Southeast Asia. NOTAG KOREA (CEO Woong Choi), an AI-based e-commerce operations company, is using NABI, its in-house agentic AI technology, to drive Korean fashion brands into Southeast Asian markets in earnest.
NABI is an agentic AI that judges and acts on its own, working from goals rather than human instruction. Through it, NOTAG KOREA delivers high-performance operations for K-fashion brands across major e-commerce platforms in seven Southeast Asian countries.
NOTAG KOREA currently manages local distribution and commerce operations for a wide range of K-brands in fashion and beauty. The company has drawn attention for successful collaborations with popular Korean fashion labels including emis, COVERNAT, and HDEX.
Agentic AI NABI: Breaking Through the High-SKU Barrier
NOTAG KOREA's core strength is NABI, its own agentic AI. Fashion carries dozens of times more SKUs than beauty. Add the complexity of managing size, color, and seasonal assortments, and conventional manual operations simply cannot keep pace with a fast-moving market.
NABI adopts an agentic architecture that autonomously processes and optimizes SKUs at this scale, making local e-commerce operations genuinely workable for fashion brands.
NABI collects and analyzes data in real time from major Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia, together with country-level logistics and delivery operations data.
On that basis, it optimizes and automatically executes three core areas:
Bulk product listing and price optimization
Integrated tracking of inventory, delivery, and returns
Ad performance analysis and automated budget allocation
By controlling the whole of complex e-commerce operations as a single connected system, NABI minimizes manpower requirements and maximizes sales efficiency across global marketplaces.
One-Stop Support from Onboarding to Reporting — ROAS Above 1,000%
NOTAG KOREA has successfully extended the local data and know-how it built operating K-beauty brands such as MODAMODA and ABIB into the fashion category.
Its B2B partnership model provides one-stop support across the entire process — marketplace onboarding, advertising, operations, and performance reporting — so partner brands can step away from the complexity of overseas operations and focus solely on supplying product.
"Managing thousands of SKUs in real time is close to impossible for people to do," said Jin-young Seo, Head of Global Sales at NOTAG KOREA. "NABI solves that problem completely, which opened the door to working with a range of fashion brands. The result has been overwhelming performance — ROAS above 1,000% on overseas commerce platforms."
